UK places of note

The UK is a fascinating place with a loooong history.  There have been empires crossing continental boundaries and quite a number of internal squabbles about whose land is ruled by whom.  However, as this is not a political or historical website, we just offer a gallery of touristing in London for the time being.  More may follow, but London is a big and old city worth a photo gallrery.

London

It is hard to say that this photo gallery is really about London.  It is more about the tourist center of London, which is a place unique unto itself.  Nowhere else has the ratio of cameras to people been so high.  And that is not just noting that London has the highest number of surveillance cameras of any major city, but noting also the number of cameras carried and used by the tourists.  Seems like everyone is taking pictures of everything there.  Hopefully there are a few pictures in this gallery to interest and amuse visitors to this site.
