![]() World's End is at the southernmost tip of an island about 120km southwest of Oslo. Lots of history in this area. But just did a short visit, and it rained the whole time A small gallery of pics has been put up in the Norway stuff. ![]() swimming at Sognsvann Swimming at Sognsvann is, even in the heart of summer, a thing for people who enjoy the cold. But lots of folks are in the water and enjoying it, so no reason to not jump in. It was 74 degrees today, so air temps were warm. I preferred yesterday, though, with mines and ropework rather than bracingly cold water. ![]() The giant troll at the entrance to the mini-golf Lots of interesting stuff over in Ekeberg, and mini-golf is one of those things. There is a troll motif to the course setting, but not so much for the course itself. There are also such things as air hockey tables and even a pinball machine in the "clubhouse." This is alongside a petting zoo kinda place and there are some playgrounds for kids as well. And this is just one little bit of things to do and see in Ekeberg. |
